SRINAGAR OCTOBER 10 Deputy Commissioner(DC) Srinagar, Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today chaired a meeting here at Meeting Hall of the DC Office Complex regarding the launch of the E-Arzi, an Applications Management Portal to facilitate the Citizens.

The E-Arzi is a Portal being launched to effectively and efficiently manage applications the Deputy Commissioners Office receives.
