JAMMU, Oct 9: Special Judge NIA Jammu Madan Lal today cancelled the bail of ex-Minister Jatinder Singh alias Babu Singh in terror funding case in an application filed by SSP SIA seeking cancellation of bail of accused Jatinder Singh on the grounds that vide order dated 7.06.2024, the non-applicant was granted temporary bail subject to various conditions that he shall not change his residence during the period of temporary bail; not go beyond the limits of district Kathua and that he shall wear GPS tracking devices to be provided by the SSP SIA Jammu and adhere to all the conditions imperative for its effective use.
