Mr. Hunar Gupta, learned D.A.G. seeks one more opportunity to provide draft affidavit to the learned counsel for the petitioners as per order dated 28.11.2023 of this Tribunal.
Prayer is accepted with the condition that in case the needful is not done on the next date, order for the stoppage of salary of the respondents will be passed on the next date of hearing.
