Srinagar, Sep 20: Jammu & Kashmir Apni Party chief spokesperson Muntazir Mohi-ud-Din Today stated that Omar Abdullah is a credible and effective voice of J&K in present circumstances & withdrew his nomination papers from Budgam Assembly segment.
