Jammu, Sep 11: In C.P./35/2022 (JAMMU) In T.A./2438/2020 titled BAL KISHAN Vs SHRI M. RAJU, COMMISSIONER CUM SECRETARY TO D/O PHE AND ORS after hearing Bench comprising of Pragya Sahay Saksena Member (A) Sanjeev Gupta Member (J) ordered as under:-
Mr. Dewakar Sharma, learned DAG stated that one final opportunity be granted to him to file the compliance report.
Perusal of file shows that even after lapse of more than two and a half years, the compliance report has not been filed which is adding to the misery of the petitioners, whose cases as per counsel for the petitioners were referred to the Respondent no. 1 by the Chief Engineer, PHE Department, Jammu on 23.05.2019 for regularization, that is more than five and a half years back.
Keeping in view the lackadaisical approach of the respondents, one final opportunity, on the request of Mr. Dewakar Sharma, is granted to file the compliance report on or before the next date, failing which order for the stoppage of salary of Respondent no. 1 will be passed on the next date of hearing.
