New Delhi, July 27: 03 students died as basement of IAS Coaching institute ( Rau's IAS Coaching Institute" in Rajinder Nagar area filled with water.
However, an FIR has been registered & two persons has been arrested into the matter.
Delhi Minister Atishi also directed the Chief Secretary to initiate a magisterial inquiry and provide a report within 24 hours on the incident where students were trapped in the basement of a coaching institute due to heavy rain and flooding.
