Jammu, July 27: It is to mention here that once upon a time then VC JDA Pankaj Mangotra detected a fraud of the CTP Jagdish Hans over rejecting a BP Case on wrong observation & as desired by then Pr Secretary H&UDD Dheeraj Gupta, a detailed report was submitted vide his No. JDA/CTP/000176/388 Dated. 1.10.2022 but on the other side VC JDA also commented with undesired observation that the said BP Case cannot be considered as site falls in "Proposed Road", which raised a question on him that why he did not mention about other buildings constructed on the so called proposed road nearby to same site & without building permissions?
It is to mention here that if Govt verify the status of constructions of buildings on so called "Proposed Roads" till today from the date of issuance of MP-2032, shall detect a biggest ever scam on the part of JDA for allowing buildings without clearance of BP cases causing loss to Govt to the tune of crores?
Above all till today none of the culprit, who rejected the BP Case with illegal observations have been punished & the said BP Case is still hanging in fire in the hands of JDA because the applicant wanted to construct the building in a legal way & to pay Building Permission fee to JDA .
However, now the applicant has submitted a representation to VC JDA with proper receipt & by Gmail for treating that said BP Case as "deemed sanctioned" as per COBO Act & Unified Building Bye Laws of 2021.
However, below snapshot speaks the truth & if VC JDA will spare his few hours on one day to verify the status of pending BP Cases in the office of so called STP section in violation of timelines allowed in UBBL for sanction of BP cases shall detect a scam of intentional delay in public works by STP Section, causing harassment to innocents, who wanted to construct their building in legal way by paying BP Fee to Govt & other side loss to JDA by way of Building Permission fee?
