SRINAGAR, July 26: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, V.K. Bidhuri, while speaking to media stated that implementing summer vacation again in schools is currently not feasible.
He added that decisions will be made based on prevailing weather conditions.
Bidhuri assured that students unable to attend school due to current conditions will not face attendance penalties.
