JAMMU, Jan 30: Jammu Sanskriti School triumphs in Group Song Competition, earner recognition from LG J&K.
The Press statement by School reads “In a moment of pride and accomplishment, students from Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu emerged victorious, clinching the first prize in the Group Song Competition on Patriotism and Second prize in group dance competition held recently on 75th Republic Day Celebration organised at M.A Stadium.
Their remarkable performance was celebrated and acknowledged during a felicitation ceremony presided over by the esteemed Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor Sh Manoj Sinha Ji. The winning group, under the guidance of dedicated mentors Krishan (H.O.D Music Department), Sonu (Music Teacher) , Monika Wazir (H.O.D Dance Department) and Ricky (Dance Teacher ), showcased unparalleled commitment, creativity, and passion in their portrayal of patriotism.
Their presentation resonated with the theme, inspiring both judges and spectators alike. Rohini Aima -Principal Cum Vice-Chairperson expressed immense pride in the students' achievement, emphasizing the school's commitment to fostering holistic development. "Our students have not only demonstrated academic excellence but have also showcased their dedication to values that contribute to the nation's growth and prosperity," Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor Sh Manoj Sinha presented the cash prize of Rs 15000/- to the 1st prize winners of group song competition & commended the students for their outstanding performance and dedication to promoting patriotism.
He emphasized the importance of such initiatives in nurturing a sense of pride and responsibility among the youth. IAS Officer Ramesh Kumar, who felicitated the second prize winners of group dance competition & praised their artistic prowess and the mentors for their guidance. He highlighted the importance of such cultural endeavors in promoting nationalistic fervor and unity.
