Has J&K's Law Department acted for its non compliance? Causing delay in justice

Jammu, Jan 05: Pertinent to mention here that Law Department has time & again issued countless directions for tough actions for not filing replies in 30 days, seeking unnecessarily adjournments, causing adverse orders etc e but..

However, after being pulled up by raising various questions by DB on J&K Govt, while hearing LPA No 441/2014, Law Department issued a circular dtd 28.10.2020 by which again various instructions were issued but if enquired that had ever Law Department acted.

Experts speaking to Cross Town News that  why not the "COSTS PUT BY VARIOUS COURT" be recovered from the personal pockets of defaulting officers for non complying court orders .
