JAMMU, Dec 21: Master Plan of Patnitop Development Authority, which was going no where, after Publications by Cross Town News got in to movement but junior Officers still causing troubles in implementation.
DivCom Jammu Ramesh Kumar and Secretary Tourism Syed ABid with tyheir efforts got things rolling but Junior Officers are simply acting as Mute Spectators , not only delaying the implementation of revised Master Plan but also nullifying efforts of senior Officers.
This is causing hinderances in new developments in the best Tourist Spot of Jammu Province Patnitop & other side causing loss to Govt Exchequer byway of Building Permission Fee & other taxes as peoplesare not submitting new building permissions because PDA is still allowing old Building Bye Laws of Master Plan of MP of 2000, which is other side open violation of Development Act of 1970 over the issue.
One Govt Order dtd 03.11.2022 by constituting a committee to submit the detailed report over the issue in 15 days but that days had not lapsed yet, raised a question on the committee member, which proved intention delay in public works on their part, which can be treated as corruption on the other side or dereliction of duties?
Div Com Jammu also directed to complete the exercise in 15 days but 15 days are over since months but nothing has been heard over issuance of Revised Master Plan of PDA.
