Fresh memo of parties, in terms of order dated 20.09.2023, has been filed. T
The Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Finance Department and Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department (GAD) have been impleaded as party respondents vide order dated 20.09.2023.
The newly impleaded respondents shall file their compliance report indicating therein compliance of order dated 25.10.2017 in its letter and spirit.
In the event, the judgment is not implemented before the next date of hearing, they shall remain present in person on the next date of hearing.
