As per details with Cross Town News , Lakshay Singhal, IAS Officer of 2019 batch , was posted as DC , South West in Delhi.
Prior to this Singhal was posted in Ladakh UT and held important postings.
He was recently transferred to Delhi segment of AGMUT cadre.
