Jammu, Oct 24: Jammu Dev Authority is notorious in various issues but top among all are "Missing of Files", harassment by Jagdish Hans, CTP & his team on "Proposed Roads" but not notifying since issuance of MP-2032 since March 2017 & rejecting Building Permissions on false facts, which are nowhere in Master Plan & other related matters.
Pertinent to mention here that then VC JDA after actions of then Pr Secretary, H&UDD, submitted a detailed report to Govt vide No JDA/CTP/000176/388 Dated 1.10.2022 over proved illegality committed by Jagdish Hans, CTP JDA & his team over rejection of a "Building Permission" along with other related matters but no actions on CTP raised a biggest ever question on working of Jammu Dev Authority as a whole?
Recently, VC JDA referred a case of missing of files in allotment section & other related matters to Crime Branch & Govt has constituted a Committee of some officers for creating the files but said Officer CTP Jagdish Hans had been nominated as a member of the said crucial committee but some officers who are working with zeal & dedication have been kept without salaries by JDA Bosses since more than 09 months.
Pertinent to mention here that one Avinash Gupta, working as Law Officer & dealing with cases in various courts, who is also without salary since long with his personal follow ups in Supreme Court of India in SLP(C) 4050 of 2023 filed by JDA brought earning of Lakhs for Jammu development Authority because by questioning High Court orders, Supreme Court quashed judgement of High court by which allotments of dispute between two persons cancelled & JDA can go for auction to fetch Lakhs for authority.
But one has to see & act that one Jagdish Hans, CTP & his team who are causing loss to crores to JDA by putting various objections in rejecting Building Permissions even in contradictions with JMC are enjoying AC Office & handsome salaries but who are binging earnings for JDA have been kept without salary since more than 09 months needed be acted upon by some competent authority in JKUT?
