Jammu, Oct 10: Number of JDA Officers are notorious in various issues like intentional delays, lack of knowledge & other related issues, but no actions on such officers is making the system a failure.
Now, reply of RTI by JDA raised some more questions on JDA bosses.
As per details with Cross Town News, to mention here that reply to No 4 speaks of of malafidies on the part of JDA because advertisement notice is not a personal information but said it can be provided & how S NO 5 is personal information?
Very shocking to mention here that in reply to S No 6 regarding complaint against FACAO,JDA on some corrupt practices but DVO of the JDA is same Officer against whom the complaint has been filed but a big question how the same officer being DVO disposed off the complaint filed against him vide No. JDA/CLA/Ver/238/205-06 dtd 04.09.2023, needed to be enquired.
Regarding reply to S.No 8 is again a question because uploading data on HRMS not personal information & reply to S no 9 & 10 is also doubtful on the part of JDA itself because in reply to Sno 11 in case of one Avinash Gupta, JDA provided the information raised a question because is it not a personal information ?
