Jammu, Sept 26: One can see in a case of detection of biggest fraud committed by DC Office Jammu in issuance of fraud permission for alienation of Khad Lands on a fraud recommendation of the MoS, which is nowhere available in DC Office itself, which was later cancelled by DC Jammu itself vide order No. DCJ/SQ/ORDER/2022-23/3288 dtd 26.08.2022, after report of Commission, following which land grabbers, who managed permission with league of culprit REVENUE OFFICERS on fictitious report/documents got 04 fards issued but of a compact plot at scattered/distant places.
Grabbers gang, got Status Quo in Lower Court on Commissions Report & in High Court in WP(C) 94/2022, others in WP(C)2850/2022, WP(C)1330/2023 but DC can see how much time his legal officers took to file reply in various courts & how it was attended in courts on due dates for early disposal to punish the culprits, shall speak the working of legal section of his office.
Thereafter, DC Office Jammu cancelled 04 mutations recorded by Revenue Officers over the previous fraud actions vide order No. but again the concerned along with others filed contempt bearing No CCP(S) 153 of 2023 in High Court against ADC Jammu but follow ups & filing of reply by legal section of DC Office Jammu in said casrs & contempt over the issue of detected frauds detected by DC Office itself shall speak the work culture in DC Office.
Had any time DC Office bothered to file memo of urgency in respective courts for early hearing or higher up for early disposal of cases to act on the culprit Revenue Officers/land grabbers, who are involved in the proof fraud detected by DC Office related to Revenue Officers with land grabbers.
If DC will enquire details of pending court issues in his legal sections & other pending represntations in various sections, will apprise him regarding the basic problems caused or occurring in legal wing of DC Office & other sections, which is causing delay in justice in various court cases & other issues of public?
DC Jammu can further detect a delay tactics scam in various sections of his office in various disposals of representations in a time bound manner, which is causing delay in justice to innocents.
