JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association CEO, Sh. Kuldeep Kumar Gupta announced Kabaddi team for YUVA KABADDI SERIES to be held at Madhurai, Tamil Nadu w.e.f. 25th September 2023 to 22nd October 2023.
The Association conducted trials and a Fitness & Training cum Coaching Camp and selected the best 20, deserving players. The selected players are as following: 1. Rajan Singh Manhas (Team Captain) 11. Waseem Bhat 2. Amrit Dev Singh 12. Akash Sharma 3. Aman Lalotra 13. Aamir 4. Irfan Ahmed Mir 14. Adarsh 5. Parveen Kumar 15. Rohit Singh 6. Sandeep Singh 16. Ravinder Singh 7. Laxman Lal 17. Ahitsham Ashraf 8. Irfan Ali 18. Kifayat-Ul-Ishaq 9. Ajay Kumar 19. Saddam Hussain 10. Ridham Sharma 20. Drubh Singh
The first 14 players will go for the first round of YUVA KABADDI SERIES and rest 6 players from S.No.15 onwards will be reserved players and can be called anytime incase of any urgency or requirement. The price money for the top 6 team are as under : 1st - INR 20,00,000, 2nd - INR 10,00,000, 3rd - INR 5,00,000, 4th - INR 2,00,000 5th - INR 1,00,000, 6th - INR 50,000
The coaching camp and the General fitness camp was conducted under the Coaches: 1. Sudesh Kumar Raina (NIS Coach) 2. Manik Sharma (NIS Coach) 3. Mohd. Amin (Fitness Trainer) 4. Arsheed Rather (Fitness Trainer) Mr. Sudesh Kumar Raina will accompany the team as the Coach and Mr. Mohd. Amin as Official in the yuva kabaddi league. The President, Sh. Anil Gupta and General Secy.
