Rahul Tandon appointed as J&K state spokesperson of Indian Youth Congress

JAMMU, Sep 18: Jammu and Kashmir's famous Youth Congress leader Rahul Tandon has been appointed J&K state spokesperson by the Indian Youth Congress.

In the letter issued by Youth Congress President Srinivas BV, this responsibility has been handed over to Rahul Tandon.
