JAMMU, Sep 04: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Monday constituted a Congress Election Committee.
The new CEC has a total of 16 leaders including K C Venugopal, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, Rahul Gandhi, and Sonia Gandhi, among others.
