JAMMU, Sep 03: Chief Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Arun Mehta issued directions over RDAs.
As per details with Cross Town News, Taking note of long-pending and all inconclusive RDA cases in various departments, the Chief Secretary observed that the process to conduct the RDAs need to be strictly in consonance with the standing instructions.
