Jammu, Aug 29: In CPOWP No. 151/2017 titled Nirpal Singh Vs Mohd. Ashraf Mir Secy. Revenue and others after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDER ED as:-
1. The matter pertains to the year 2017 and till date compliance report has not been filed by the respondents.
2. Ms. Priyanka Bhat, Advocate appearing vice Ms. Monika Kohli, learned senior AAG seeks further time to file compliance report on behalf of the respondents.
3. Time is granted to the respondents to file compliance report, by or before the next date of hearing, subject to depositing the costs to the tune of Rs. 8,000/- with the Registry of this Court within a period of one week.
