Jammu, Sep 30: Shaleen Kabra, Pr Secretary, is setting tone in Jal Shakti Department with palcement of 10 Superintending Engineers as Chief Engineers followed by 16 Executive Engineers as Superintending Engineers but which could not digested by some of the Engineers.
Vide Govt order dated. 17.09.2022 ,12 Executive Engineers were placed as Superintending Engineers
But, one Mujib A. Tak, who was placed as SE , SMC Srinagar seems the only man, who was continuing as Executive Engineer, Doda despite Govt's instruction in the Govt order dtd 17th to "JOIN THEIR NEW PLACE OF POSTINGS IMMEDIATELY" but 13 days were over but the boss Mujib A Tak was still continuing as Xen, Jal Shakti Doda .
However, after firing the story of his illegalities by Cross Town News, DC Doda acted immediatly & the boss Mujib Tak was asked to submit his departure report & thereafter, Tak had no choice but was constrained to do it but question remained there what he did in these 13 days as Executive Engineer, Jal shakti, Doda, which made him to work on the lower post, needed to be looked into to detect his illegaties committed, if so?
It is a serios issue & should have to be enquired by Govt/DC Doda that how many allotments/payments/TS the boss Xen had issued after 17th September, which will speak the truth of the story planned by the concerned officer, so why he is continuing on the lower post despite placed on the next higher position ?
However, it is also a big question on Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti that despite knowing the facts, he allowed to continue him in non compliance of Govt orders, also raised a pointer towards him.
