JAMMU, July 11: One of the Front runner for J&K Congress President Raman Bhalla has reached Delhi.
Sources told Cross Town News that Bhalla reached New Delhi on monday evening .
Bhalla, who has been seen regularly protesting on roads of Jammu is among frontrunners along with Vikar Rasool and others for post of J&K Congress.
Sourecs told Cross Town News that important are meetings lined up.
