New Delhi, March 28: President Ram Nath Kovind presented Padma Shri to Shri Tsering Namgyal for Art.
He is a woodcraft artist belonging to a family in Ladakh which has practiced this art for successive generations.
He has been preserving and promoting this art since past four decades.
