Srinagar, October 25: Lt Governor whicle adressing a rally at Srinagar clarified that any force coming in the way of development and peace in the valley will be crushed with heavy hands.
He further added that now Jammu and Kashmir is moving forward on the path of development & transparency and good governance have become part of the Government, the others should understand it.
