Jammu, July 4: Govt issued orders for 100% exemption in stamp duty on land transactions on new establishments but as usual Govt Officers throw Govt orders in dust bin.
One, Dushyant Jandial, Advocate, Kathua District Court, while speaking to Cross Town News said that it is a serious issue the concerned Sub registrar openly saying that exemption over the issue is not uploaded on the system & not entertaing the documents for 100% exemption causing delay in registrations, which is no doubt a serious issue to be looked into by the Govt as as usual Govt issue orders but not bothering to see its impolementation on ground.
However, Govt order dated: 19.04.2021 in Section 4.3, copy with CTN clearly speaks of the exemption of stamp duty & court fee.
