JAMMU, June 24: Prof. Bhim Singh, President of J&K National Panthers Party (JKNPP) in his concluding speech at the J&K All Party Session called by Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, appreciated that the Prime Minister for holding J&K Parties Session at his residence in New Delhi. Prof.Bhim Singh in his hard-hitting speech demanded immediate response by Parliament of India to convert itself into a Constituent Assembly to approve the Instrument of Accession signed by Maharaja Hari Singh on October 26, 1947 and accepted by Lord Mountbatten, the then Governor-General of India.
Prof.Bhim Singh said that approval of the Instrument of Accession by the Parliament is very essential to meet the constitutional requirement.
Earlier in his speech, Prof.Bhim Singh urged the Prime Minister to restore the Statehood of J&K without any delay which was converted in a Union Territory reducing my (Bhim Singh) status as a non-entity under Union Territory.
Prof.Bhim Singh laid emphasis to hold fresh elections in J&K without any delay. After Bhim Singh’s speech addressed a session by Shri Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India.
Prof.Bhim Singh described this meeting as a daring and highly useful step by Shri Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India.
