SRINAGAR, May 16: IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar on Sunday said IED was detected & neutralized.
IG said IED was detected and neutralised between Sugan and Turkhwangam by the security forces.
IGP said Security forces are committed to foil all attempts of terrorists to disturb peace in Kashmir.
