Jammu, Jan 18:Deputy Commissioner, Samba suspended Tehsildar , who reportedly refused to comply verbal illegal instructions of DC to demolish a compound wall, case was sub judice.
Pertinent to mention here that Court appointed the said Tehsilar as Commissioner for the factual facts of the spot & Tehsildar vide letter dated 09.09.2020 submitted in the court the factual status of the plot, following which vide order dtd. 14.10,2020, the court ordered for not any third party interest.
DC quoted, court order dtd. 30.07.2019 in the suspension order but an insider of Samba Administration told Cross Town News that there is to see latest court proceedings of report of Tehsildar in the court & thereafter court order dtd.14th October, 2020, which suggest otherwise.
Sources told Cross Town News that after refusal by Tehsildar , SDM Chander Parkash Kotwal, whose stories of incompetance had already known to public reached on the said spot with JCB & demolished the compound wall by showing his super powers.
However, concerned people on spot when asked the boss SDM to show any orders of demolition but he only said ordered by DC.
People at spot said that it is a serious matter of enquiry to see under which authority SDM had taken the said actions , despite clear cut report of Tehsildar in Court.
