New Delhi, December 30: Govt of India empaneled 41 IAS Officers of 2003 batch as Joint Secretaries & Joint Secretary level equivalent posts, which includes Jammu and Kashmir cadre IAS Officer Ajeet Kumar Sahu, who is presently posted in Ladakh UT.
