JAMMU, July 13: Youth PDP President and dynamic leader , Waheed Para has been appointed as New Secretary, J&K Sports Council.
Waheed Para played a strategic role in PDP's victory in 2014 and has also remianed Political Analyst to Ex CM Mufti Sayeed.
The order was isssued on late Tuesday evening.
Ex -Secretary Javaid Shah has been asked to wait for further posting at GAD.
