Jammu, April 19: The UT government Sunday in a press confrence said that a 500 bedded COVID Care Centre with all the required facilities has been established and handed over to the Health Department at Yatri Niwas Bhagwati Nagar Jammu.
It will be the first administrative quarantine centre which has been upgraded to a Covid Care Centre in order to stem the contraction of corona virus.
In this well equipped Centre, adequate arrangements have been made so that all the facilities like mess, water coolers, Television etc are available for the cases that have been clinically assigned mild or very mild cases or COVID suspect cases.
This centre at the Yatri Niwas is a step towards mitigating the load on the other hospitals in the Jammu district.
