
Jammu, September 9: Sunil Dimple demanded the Governor Satypal Malik and his Advisor KK Sharma, not to implement the new motor vehicle act MV Act laws of heavy fines in jammu kashmir and for the construction and starting of Metro train and construct the four way circular exclusive ring road from Amphalla Manda, to Janipur high court , bantalab up to Akhnoor.
He also opposed the implementation of the new Motor Vehicle Act in jammu kashmir. Requested governor not to to implement the same in jammu kashmir UT.
Dimple also demanded again & appealed the Governor administration, all the chief Sectary CS, divisional, financial, Law, housing urban development and PWD R&B all Commissioners, for the Construction and starting of Metro train, construct four way exclusive Circular ring road from Amphalla Manda, to Janipur high court, bantalab up to Akhnoor.
He said we are sure that Govrnor Satypal Malik and Advisor KK Sharma will pass Immediately Interfere and will issue the directives to the all concerned officers for the fullfill our demands of the people of Jammu kashmir and the resolution passed by the traders, residents of Amphalla, new plot, Janipur, Bantalab, Roopnagar and on Aknoor road.
Dimple demanded Governor Satypal Malik for the Construction and starting of Metro train, four way circular road from Amphalla Manda, to Janipur high court , bantalab up to Akhnoor. He also appealed Governor and Advisor to construct the flyovers at rehari chungi and Jewal chowk to solve the traffic problem.
Dimple Said now the traders will not stop and continue the peace full agitation till the Ring road and metro train not started from amphalla manda to janipur high court road to roopnagar bantalb upto Akhnoor.
He allged that the Govt terror of widen the Amphalla Janipur high court road upto roop nagar bantalab, from both sides of the road will effect the livelihood of the lakhs people running business and living on both sides of this road.
He said Governor that the Govt has no traffic mobile plan for Jammu city, to solve traffic problems and accidents graph is rising every day in jammu city and the region.
He said our neighboring state Punjab CM Capt Arminder Singh, Bengal CM Mamta Benerji, Rajsthan, MP, Gujrat and many other states have refused to implement the new vehicle act and refused to charge the huge fine penalties in their states.
Sunil Dimple terms New Motor Vehicle Act laws, hike in driving penalties, is murder of democracy and violation of human rights.
