But a question stands that Khurshid Shah again preferred to keep the post of Chief Engineer vacant by assigning additional charge but why raises a question mark on the part of Governors Administration...?
Is there no any eligible Engineer in the Department for the post of Chief Engineer.... are some questions on the part of Govt ?
