Srinagar, October 04: Vide Notification Srinagar, the 4th of October 2017 govt.issued instructions as:-
SRO 415- In exercise of the powers In exercise of the powers section (1) of Section 3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2015 (Act No.IX of 2015) and in supersession of notification SRO-368 dated 17th of November, 2016, the Government hereby designate Shri Muzaffar Ahmad Wani, Special Secretary to Government, Home Department, as the Controlling Authority for the purpose of said Act and Rules made thereunder.
