SRINAGAR, March 15: Jammu and Kashmir Police has placed a Head Constable Jabid Ahmed under suspension after he crashed his vehicle into a barrier at Sheeri checkpost while allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident but taking serious note of the misconduct and violation of discipline, the police authorities placed the official under suspension with immediate effect & a departmental enquiry has also been ordered to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the incident.
