LEH, Mar 05: IRTS Officer Aadhar Raj has been appointed as Central Nodal Officer for Ladakh for inspection PM Shri Schools. Aadhar is 2004 batch IRTS Officer and presently posted as Joint Secretary in Power Department in Government in India.
