1. It is very strange that the instant matter has been pending before this Court since 2018. Despite availing numerous opportunities, respondents Nos. 1 to 3 have failed to file their response till date.
2. Mr. Dewakar Sharma, learned Dy. AG, appearing on behalf of respondents Nos. 1 to 3, seeks one week’s time to file the response.
3. Reluctantly and in the interest of justice, one week’s time is granted to the said respondents to file their response, failing which, right to file the same shall stand closed.
