AMARAVATI, Feb 23: The Andhra Pradesh police arrested IPS officer Sunil Nayak in Bihar in connection with the alleged custodial torture of the Deputy Speaker of the state assembly, K Raghurama Krishna Raju, during the previous YSRCP administration.
