Jammu, Feb 22: In OWP No. 1802/2013 CM No. 3577/2022 IA No. 2499/2013 titled Riaz Akhtar vs Talib Hussain & Ors. after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE M A CHOWDHARY, JUDGE ORDERED as under:-
Requisitioned record from the office of Tehsildar (Agrarian Reforms), Vijaypur is stated not to have been received.
Registry shall issue a reminder in this behalf and summon the record before the next date of hearing. It is made clear that in case the record is not made available on the next date of hearing, the Tehsildar concerned shall appear in person before this Court, on the next date of hearing.
