Rajouri, Feb 19:: The District Administration of Rajouri is going to transform the residence of the late Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Dr Raj Kumar Thapa, into a public memorial and library. Dr Thapa lost his life on 9th May 2025, after a mortar shell fired from Pakistan hit his residence during cross-border shelling that happened after Operation Sindoor.
