Rahil Gupta JAMMU, Feb 14 : IAS Officer of J&K-AGMUT cadre Niraj Kumar got his first posting in Delhi segment.
As per details with Cross Town News, Niraj has been posted as Special Secretary ( ST/SC/OBC).
Niraj has remained as Secretary Transport , Secretary Public Grievances in Jammu and Kashmir.
