SHOPIAN, Jan 27: Father of the Deputy Commissioner of Anantnag Dr Syed Fakhruddin Hamid has passed away due to a sudden cardiac arrest at 3:30 pm on Monday. He was rushed to Government Medical College Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
