Jammu, Jan 18: In O.A./7/2026 (JAMMU) titled MOHD SADIQ Vs GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Notices be issued to the respondents, returnable on or before the next date of hearing.
Mr. Sudesh Magotra, ld. AAG and Mr. Rajesh Thapa, ld. AAG appear and waives notices on behalf of the respondents.
Respondents are directed to file reply within four weeks, furnishing a copy of the same to applicants' counsel.
List on 16.02.2026 Impugned notice no. ADHP/Accts/79/81 dated 08.03.2023 vide which the salary of the petitioner had been stopped is hereby quashed.
Meanwhile, respondents are directed to pay due and admissible salary for the period for which the applicant has actually worked as per attendance records available with the Department.
Moreover, the applicant is about to retire by the end of this month and his case for retirement benefits due shall be processed as per rules
