Srinagar, Jan 02: Former Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) Commissioner, Mohd Aslam Laigroo, passed away early today at a hospital in New Delhi following a cardiac arrest.
Mr. Laigroo, has also served as Vice Chairman of the Srinagar Development Authority, Managing Director of the State Financial Corporation, and Director Estates.
