Ramnagar, jan 01: Senior BJP leader and former MLC Vibodh Gupta paid rich tributes to former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji, describing him as a statesman whose leadership combined democratic values, good governance, and unwavering nationalism while addressing a gathering at Ramnagar as part of the nationwide observance of Atal Smriti Varsh .
