JAMMU, Apr 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has designated Senior Additional Advocate General Mohsin-Ul-Showkat Qadri to handle all legal matters challenging orders under sub-clause (c) of clause (2) of Article 311 of the Constitution of India.
