President Murmu gives assent to Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025

NEW DELHI, Apr 5: President Droupadi Murmu stamped her assent to the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2025, which was passed by Parliament earlier this week. Murmu also gave her assent to the Mussalman Wakf (Repeal) Bill, 2025.
