One can see dtd 15.12.2021 CAT ordered for passing speaking orders over the issue but Officers did not bother CAT orders following which Contempt was filed in year 2023 with No 118/2023 but despite that also bosses preferred not to act.
Above all it is to looked into that after harsh orders by CAT on 13.03.2025 for attaching salary of Commissioner/Secretary, if fails in compliance, the Offficer in order categorically mentioned that "the case is found genuine" & accorded sanction into the matter, which raised a big question on Forest Secretary that if since 15.12.2021 the day of issuance of CATs order, was not genuine & applicants were constrained to file Contempt in year 2023 & how immediately after CATs order 10.03.2025, just in a fortnight time the issue became genuine.
