JAMMU, Mar 25: Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board is geared up to welcome and facilitate the pilgrims with additional facilities and new infrastructure during the week-long navratras starting from March 30 and concluding on April 6.
Chief Executive Officer SMVDSB Anshul Garg said “an all-weather covered resting area for 1500 pilgrims at Ardhkuwari, being decked up to facilitate Yatris this Chaitra Navratri onwards.”
The area is equipped with a water ATM, Prasad Kiosk, Refreshment unit and Live Telecast of Garbhjoon Aarti for enhancing divine Yatra experience.
CEO also posted that the renovated ‘Darshani Deodi’ with a double storey queue complex and said “An all-weather marble clad structure, with a capacity to accommodate 2000 pilgrims at a time, adds to the glory of the traditional Banganga track. JaiMataDi.”
